Founder of the rapidly growing online movement Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), Abhijeet Dipke, has declared that the protest demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan will continue until accountability is fixed for alleged irregularities in examinations and recruitment processes.
CJP Claims Thousands Participated in Jantar Mantar Demonstration Over Exam Irregularities and Recruitment Concerns
New Delhi/Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: Founder of the rapidly growing online movement Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), Abhijeet Dipke, has declared that the protest demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan will continue until accountability is fixed for alleged irregularities in examinations and recruitment processes.
Speaking to media persons on Sunday after returning to his hometown in Maharashtra's Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar district, Dipke said the movement would intensify its campaign and continue raising concerns regarding examination management, student welfare, and employment opportunities.
CJP Protest at Jantar Mantar Draws Thousands
The statement comes a day after the Cockroach Janta Party organized a large-scale protest at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi on June 6.
The demonstration focused on allegations of irregularities in various examinations, including:
- CBSE Board Examinations
- NEET-UG Medical Entrance Examination
- Common University Entrance Test (CUET)
- Staff Selection Commission (SSC) Recruitment Examinations
According to Dipke, the protest witnessed significant public participation and reflected growing frustration among students and job aspirants.
He claimed that more than 7,000 people attended the demonstration, describing it as a major success for the movement.
"The Protest Will Continue"
Addressing reporters, Dipke reiterated that the campaign would continue until action is taken and accountability is established.
"What should young people do when there are concerns over examinations, recruitment processes, and employment opportunities? The youth of this country are not afraid of raising their voice. We will continue our fight until accountability is fixed," he said.
Dipke emphasized that students and job seekers deserve transparency, fairness, and confidence in the country's educational and recruitment systems.
CJP Rejects Allegations Regarding Protest Attendance
Responding to allegations that participants were allegedly paid to attend the protest, Dipke strongly denied the claims.
He stated that he had travelled directly from the United States to India to participate in the demonstration and dismissed accusations that attendance was artificially inflated.
According to him, the large turnout reflected genuine public support for the movement's demands rather than any organized mobilization through financial incentives.
The CJP founder also alleged that attempts were being made to undermine the movement by questioning the scale of participation.
Future Course of Action to Be Decided Through Consultation
Dipke said that the next phase of the movement will be determined after consultations with members and supporters of the campaign.
He noted that organizers plan to gather feedback from participants and community members before deciding on future protests and initiatives.
"We will discuss the future course of action with members of the movement, take suggestions from supporters, and decide our next steps accordingly," he said.
The movement's leadership is expected to hold discussions in the coming days regarding its strategy and outreach efforts.
From Online Campaign to Nationwide Movement
The Cockroach Janta Party began as an online campaign in May 2026 and quickly gained traction on social media platforms.
According to Dipke, the movement attracted significant attention among students, job seekers, and young citizens concerned about examination systems and employment-related issues.
The campaign reportedly amassed millions of followers on Instagram within a short period, making it one of the fastest-growing digital youth movements in recent months.
Its rapid rise has highlighted the increasing role of social media in shaping public discourse around education, employment, and governance issues.
Focus on Examination and Recruitment Transparency
The central demands of the movement revolve around improving transparency and accountability in educational and recruitment examinations.
Supporters have raised concerns regarding examination management, delays, recruitment processes, and the overall impact of alleged irregularities on students and job aspirants.
The movement argues that stronger oversight mechanisms and institutional accountability are necessary to restore confidence among candidates preparing for competitive examinations.
Support From Public Figures
The campaign has also received support from several public figures and activists.
Among those who have expressed support for the movement's concerns are environmental activist Sonam Wangchuk and Dipankar Bhattacharya, General Secretary of CPI(ML) Liberation.
Their backing has helped bring additional national attention to the issues being raised by the movement.
Growing Debate Over Education and Employment Issues
The protests have sparked wider discussions about the challenges faced by students and job seekers across the country, including examination reforms, recruitment transparency, and employment opportunities.
As the movement continues to expand its reach, attention is likely to remain focused on the demands being raised and the government's response to concerns regarding education and recruitment systems.
For now, CJP leaders have made it clear that the campaign will continue, with organizers preparing for further consultations before announcing the next phase of their movement.
