Serial Entrepreneur Bhavin Turakhia Launches AI Work Platform Neo with $30 Million Investment

Serial entrepreneur Bhavin Turakhia has announced the launch of Neo, a next-generation AI-native work platform backed by a personal investment of $30 million. The new platform aims to help businesses integrate artificial intelligence into everyday operations by combining work management, knowledge sharing, and AI-powered execution into a unified ecosystem.

The launch comes at a time when enterprises across the globe are rapidly increasing AI adoption but continue to face challenges in converting AI capabilities into measurable productivity gains. Neo is designed to bridge this gap by eliminating fragmented workflows and creating a centralized environment where AI becomes an active participant in business processes.

Speaking about the launch, Bhavin Turakhia said that most organizations fail to unlock the full value of artificial intelligence because critical business context remains scattered across multiple applications, departments, and disconnected tools. He explained that Neo addresses this challenge by centralizing information and embedding AI directly into enterprise workflows rather than treating it as a separate utility.

The Neo Suite consists of four integrated products designed to streamline enterprise operations:

  • Friday – An AI-powered assistant, digital co-worker, and autonomous agent that connects with more than 1,000 external applications.
  • Tasket – A modern project management platform built to improve collaboration and task execution.
  • Studio – A knowledge management platform that enables teams to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and diagrams in one place.
  • Drive – A collaborative file-sharing workspace where employees and AI agents can work together on documents and digital assets.

Unlike traditional workplace software, Neo is built with AI at its core. The platform is designed to make artificial intelligence a native part of every workflow, enabling organizations to automate repetitive tasks, improve decision-making, and enhance collaboration across teams.

Industry analysts believe the enterprise AI market is entering a new phase where businesses are shifting their focus from AI experimentation to practical implementation. As companies seek higher operational efficiency and better productivity, platforms that integrate AI into daily business functions are expected to witness significant demand.

Bhavin Turakhia, known for building several successful global technology companies, has over two decades of entrepreneurial experience. He previously co-founded Directi, Radix, Titan, and Zeta. Directi's web business was acquired in 2014 for $160 million, Titan later achieved a valuation of $300 million following investment from Automattic, while Zeta, backed by SoftBank, is currently valued at approximately $2 billion.

With the launch of Neo, Bhavin Turakhia aims to redefine enterprise productivity by providing organizations with an AI-first platform that seamlessly combines collaboration, knowledge management, automation, and intelligent execution. As businesses increasingly adopt AI-driven technologies, Neo is positioned to compete in the growing global enterprise software market by offering a comprehensive, integrated workplace solution.
